I like this episode I liked how Hiruma was introduced. It was sooo coool!!!! He’s my fave character in Eyeshield 21 because he’s so cool and smart Followed by Kid of the Seibu Wild Gunmans and then by Kakei of Poseidon.

Ep 72 - With only 5 minutes left in the game, Deimon tried to score a touchdown by intercepting the pass. Monta managed to grab Tetsuma’s fingers and Sena saved the ball and went for a touchdown. Tetsuma and Kid was surprised with the counterattack.

Ep 73 - With only 60 sec remaining in the game, Deimon decided to make an onside kick. Deimon’s coach commented that although Hiruma was not good in kicking, he actually made a good one. All 22 players from both teams scrambled to get the ball. It was Tetsuma and Monta who got the ball but it was the former who landed with the ball first. Monta said some things to the ref and thanks to Tetsuma, he managed to move away Monta before the ref could refrain the Deimon team from playing.

Ep 74 - Hiruma revealed to them that they could still play in the Kantou tournament since 3 schools are allowed to represent Tokyo. They could still have a grudge game with Seibu in the kanto tournament. Kid said thet Tetsuma finally acted on his own. Just as when Kid was leaving the stadium, Hiruma waited for him outside. Hiruma was being grateful for Tetsuma’s actions. Hiruma said that Kid cared abt winning more than anyone, but just pretended not to. But he’ll get burned if he cared too much. they agreed on settling the game at the Kantou tournament. Kid jokingly said that he does not want to play wit them the team with the best commanding tactician. Hiruma rebutted that and said that Kid was the best but not for long.

Ep 76- “If some miracle my father recovers, wether it be morning, midnight or even during the game, I will get on the field and kick the ball” - Musashi

Ep 77 - Kakei kun challenged Akaba san of Bando Spiders in order to confirm if he is the real Eyeshield 21 that he is chasing. It seems that he was strong and he got defeated. However I don’t think that he is the one that he is chasing.

Hiruma went to Seibu HS to look for Kid. He told them that Seibu’s RB came to Deimon. But he’s real motive was to ask Kid who is the best quarterback in Tokyo. Kid answered that it was Hiruma. Hiruma then said that the best QB is “Shien”. Shien is actuallya 3 time shooting medalist, the only son of an Olympic medalist in shooting. Kid was startled. The only one who knew his real name is Tetsuma. It was very obvious that although they are rivals, both of them admire each other.

If there’s a couple that I really like in Nana, that would be Juko and Kyousuke. They just look good together ^_^ I hope Ai Yazawa would write a separate anime/manga about them

Plot:
Hiroko Matsukata is a woman who works for a magazine company. She puts all she has into her work, and is known as a strong, straight-forward working girl, who can at will turn herself into Hataraki man (working man) mode. Despite Hiroko’s success at work, her life lacks romance. Even though a hard worker, she’d leave early anytime to go on a date. Too bad her boyfriend is even bigger a workaholic than Hiroko.

Hatarakiman is an anime that deals about the corporate world and the characters are salary men and women. I like it since I can relate to it - the everyday happenings in one’s job, gossips, work ettiqutte, etc. It’s funny and enjoyable to watch. The way the plot goes is like every episode they introduce a particular hatarakiman, like there’s ramen man, etc. I was actually surprised as to how it ended. Hiro and Shinji broked up. I thought they are going to get married. At the end however, there’s this scene about her and the guy who takes the photos, Sugawara-san. I wish that they would end up together.

I had high hopes for this anime but it did not meet my expectations somehow. I thought it was hillariously funny but it wasn’t. Don’t get me wrong there are some funny scenes (Swamp and Bishop fight scenes) but I just wish the plot is more developed. The art is really good, btw.

After the anime and the live-action movie comes the j-dorama! I’m really looking forward to this! I hope this will be fun and the cast is going to great coz I really did not like the cast of the movie esp the one playing Morita.

O tanoshimi ni

Two young women, both with the name Nana, one with a punk backround and another with the naive upper middle class mindset, find each other in Tokyo as they pursue love and careers. Their transition to the adult phase is not without drama.What can I say, I’ve only watched this since I’m hearing nice reviews about this anime. It’s actually entertaining - there’s comedy and drama, viewers wouldn’t be bored. I just don’t like some parts of the plot - the story is too good to be true. And the anime did not have a proper ending - it kept the viewers hanging in the end! Yeah, I know the manga is not yet finished (they just want the fans to purchase the manga - we’re talking of business here). Anyway, I’m curios as to how Ai Yazawa will end this… I’m hoping for a realistic ending, like ParaKiss

Plot:
Haruhi Fujioka is a scholarship student at Ouran High School, a fictional school located in Bunkyō, Tokyo. Because of the superlative cost of the school uniform, Haruhi resorts to wearing long slacks, polo shirts and a vest. Combined with her large glasses and tousled short hair, Haruhi’s look causes her to be confused for a boy.

Looking for a quiet place to study, Haruhi stumbles upon the Third Music Room, the working place of the Ouran Host Club, a group of six attractive male students (Takashi “Mori”, Mitsukuni “Hunny”, Kaoru and Hikaru, Tamaki, and Kyouya) who spend their time charming and entertaining the school’s girls for profit. During their first meeting, Haruhi accidentally knocks over a vase valued at ¥8,000,000, estimated to be $80,000.

In order to pay off the large sum, Haruhi is employed as the club’s “dog” and constantly ordered to do menial tasks like serving food or cleaning up. The Club president, without knowing she is really a girl, promotes Haruhi to “host” as soon as he discovers her potential. Even after the truth comes out in the Club, Haruhi continues the charade and is allowed to pay off the rest of her debt working as a host — provided she conceals her true identity from the customers.

There’s this sweet scene in episode 21 whereon Hikaru got separated from Kaoru and after Fujioka-san cut the rope he ran fast to look for Kaoru (aaawwwwwww…)

Episode 22 - Sendou Tatsuya looks so cool!!! A son of Sendou gumi leader that has left the group and joined the Kasonoda gumi and has fallen for the kindness of Kasanoda-san.

Soshite, before the episode ends, Kasanoda san found out the Fujioka is a girl! Hmmm… I wonder how this anime will end - will she chose one of the Hitachiin kyoudai? Dono-sama or Kasanoda-san? Hmmm…

Episode 23 - Kyoya=sempai is so cool though he looked like threatening Kasanoda-san than negotiating.

Episode 24 is really interesting - it tells how kyouya and tamaki became friends and how did they established the club. Moreover, there’s a lesson that is imparted in this episode. It’s to try harder and not to give up easily.

The last episode is, well to describe it - sugoi desu yo! Action-packed - the club members tried to get Tamaki back and they successfully did it. Revelations in the end - Kyouya bought the medical company under the name K.O. before the Tonerre group can take it and gave the managing rights to his dad. He bought it and declared he does not need it and threw it back at his dad. His dad always thought that he is the most talented amongst his sons. Eclair’s servant is actually Tamaki’s mom. I also did not think that Eclair is that bad, she let Tamaki go. In the end, I wondered if it’s ok if Tamaki can’t see his mom and Haruhi did not choose between Hikaru nor Tamaki though it looks like Tamaki is ahead of the 2. Oh well, I’ve expected this. I just wish that there’s another season ^_^

My fave characters still remain the ff: Kyouya, Hitachiin bros and Morinozuka fol by Tamaki and Honey sempai

A second season on xxxHolic has been announced at the TBS Anime Festa 2007. The main staff and cast will remain the same as in the first season.
